I’m Jacquelyn De Longe, a licensed marriage and family therapist located in downtown Santa Barbara, CA. I am the owner of State Street Therapy and I help clients find their happy and confidently step into their authentic life.

Using a client-centered strenghth-based approach, we will work together to identify your individual strengths and understand your past. We will build a personalized skill set to navigate your relationships and challenges, and set you on a path to live the fulfilling life you envision for yourself.

Struggling with daily tasks or lacking motivation can be early signs of overwhelm or depression. Feelings of loneliness and disconnection can make it harder to feel supported and cared for.

If you’re experiencing these emotions or other blocks that limit your ability to live authentically, personalized therapy may help. We work with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, divorce, codependency, narcissistic abuse, ADHD and OCD.

Therapy Offerings

Individual Therapy

Individual counseling is tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, and provide focused empathetic support with a deeper dive into personal history, trauma, and family.

Couples Therapy

Couple’s counseling is focused with the unit as a whole, identifying the couple’s relational goals and challenges and providing a support in the specified areas.

Teen Therapy

Working collaboratively with teens to address behavioral and relational challenges stemming from anxiety, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, or poor coping skills.

Support Group Therapy

This 8 week process group is facilitated in-person and on telehealth for those currently in the divorce process or post divorce.
